Battering Ram, the latest album by Saxon, is a true heavy metal masterpiece. The album is a perfect blend of classic heavy metal and modern influences, showcasing the band's incredible musicianship and the powerful vocals of frontman Biff Byford.

The album opens with the title track, a thunderous and relentless assault on the senses that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The guitar work is outstanding throughout the album, with Paul Quinn and Doug Scarratt delivering some of their best performances to date.
